Core Stability is where you tone the smaller muscle around your stomach, hips and butt, ideal equipment: AB Wheel, Stability Ball, Weighted Hoola Hoop.
Strength Training is where you develop the size of your muscles, ideal equipment: Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Push Up Bars.
Yoga and Pilates is where you can relax, stretch and condition the whole body, ideal equipment: Yoga Mat, Fitness Band, Pilates Ball
